ABOUT
Three publications. Two sports. One friend for all. Hi! My name is Abigail and I have been in journalism for four years, broadcasting for three, yearbook for two, and was just slightly crazy enough to do sports and forensics along with all that. This life is fast paced. but I wouldn't want it any other way. What I get asked the most is "how do you have time for all of that?" My answer is simple: when you find something you love, you make time, and man oh man, do I love journalism.

2024-2025 My fellow yearbook staff meber, friend, and teammate I were taking photos at a football game when she wanted to get a birds eye view of the junior varsity cheerleaders huddle. With one look at each other we had decided that she would be going on my shoulders to get a photo (we are both varsity, cheerleaders so we had the necessary skills).

2022-2023 During my sophomore year, our school had a walk out to protest gun violence in schools. It was pouring rain during the protest, and by the end of the hour my clothes were completely soaked through, but I had taken some pretty great photos.

2023-2024 My junior year of High School I was our main photographer. Our last edition of every year is a senior edition. Here I am shooting the photo that will end up being part of the cover. The person I'm taking a photo of being on of our two editor in chief who would graduate that year symbolically walking away from the school.

2021-2022 Our Literary Magazine theme was Reflections. We ended up needing to create our own cover photo, so my friends and I volunteered. We used some items around my house as props, and while they took photos i was their prop to move around.
