This was a long form article. Publishing it in this way allowed me to have unlimited word count and allowed me to use hyperlinks to different things from the district. One of the end results of this article was the district creating a district wide religious calendar and is still to this day the most red article on our website.

This was a quick project I did with a friend my freshman year to practice gathering and creating infographics. We tried to stick with the same colors of gray, blues, and greens. This was my first stab at designing infographics, as a senior I would take a different approach and add more images of flowers, as that's what this infographic is about. I would also change the color scheme to follow the colors of actual flowers.

For an article about a teacher being pied in the face there was a surprising amount of back story. Such as, how the rivalry between our two teachers started, the pie in the face, and the fundraiser that started it all. In the designing of this article on the website we made sure that it followed each story line in a seamless way. While I was covering this article it grew and grew and grew so there was no other way it could be told to its fullest.
